As a buyer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal on your purchase from Appaz.
If you wish to return your purchase, please send us an email at hello@appaz.shop.
When you cancel, you are responsible for the expenses related to the return.
You will be refunded for the returned purchase within 14 days after we receive the item.

When does the withdrawal period start?

Your withdrawal period only begins once you have received the item. You have received it when, for instance, it has been placed in your mailbox, left in a shed or similar place by agreement, or when it has been delivered to your workplace. If the item is placed in a parcel locker or pick-up point, the withdrawal period starts when you have collected it from the locker/pick-up point.

Can you test the item?

The item should appear as new upon return, but you are allowed to examine the item in the same manner as you would in a regular store purchase. If the item has been used, you still have the right to withdraw, but you are required to cover the decrease in value, as assessed by the seller.

Return the item within 14 days

Once you have notified the online store of your withdrawal, you have an additional 14 days to return the item. The seller is entitled to request proof of the item being dispatched. Therefore, obtain a receipt from the post office or courier service.

Who is responsible when returning the item?

You are responsible for the item until it is received by the store. Consequently, you are liable for any damages incurred during transit or if the item goes missing in the mail.
