How long is the delivery time?

The delivery time is 2-4 working days in Denmark.

How much does shipping cost?

Delivery to parcel shop costs DKK 49. We also offer home delivery from DKK 65 depending on which shipping company you choose.

Where is my order shipped from?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Funen, Denmark.

How do I return an item?

Which shipping companies do you use for shipping?

We offer delivery to parcel shops as well as home delivery with GLS and PostNord.

Is there a warranty on the goods?

No, but all products have a 2-year right to complain. This means that if there are deficiencies in the product, you have 2 years to file a complain about it. The right of complaint entitles you to:

- to have the defect remedied, e.g. to have the item repaired
- have the item re-delivered
- to receive a proportional reduction in the price
- to get the money back

We accept Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Mobilepay and Paypal.

Do you ship to Greenland and the Faroe Islands?

No, unfortunately that is not possible at this time.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, if the country is within the EU.

If you wish to have your order delivered to a country within the EU, please contact us at hello@appaz.shop as we must manually create the shipment.
